But this is so very, very easy to whip up! The 3 tablespoons of bourbon were quite strong for me and next time I’ll definitely take this one down as it gave it a strong alcohol aftertaste. But other then that, it tastes great, especially when combined with the sticky toffee pudding as both desserts play off each other really well.
